Terms of sale

These terms explain how an online order is formed, paid for, delivered, changed or cancelled.

Who you are buying from

VXVO is the trading name of Daniel Benjamin D’silva in England. The trading and returns address is 55 St George’s Avenue, Westhoughton, Bolton BL5 2EU. Email daniel@vxvo.co.uk.

Products and prices

We take reasonable care to describe each game accurately. Cover artwork is illustrative and packaging may change. Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total product price charged by VXVO; delivery is shown separately before payment. Availability and price are rechecked at checkout. The minimum product spend is £3.99, and every game in the current customer catalogue is priced above that amount.

Placing an order

An item marked “Available” can be ordered. The current arrival estimate and delivery charge are shown at checkout. Your basket is not accepted until you complete secure payment and we send an order-acceptance confirmation. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will tell you promptly and refund any payment due.

Bundles and mystery packs

Fixed bundles list the included games. Mystery packs intentionally do not reveal the exact titles before delivery, but state the minimum number of games and minimum combined recommended retail value. All included games are new and sealed, and no mystery pack contains the same title twice.

Payment and fraud checks

Payment is processed securely by the payment provider shown at checkout. We may pause or decline an order where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, verify details or protect customers. We do not receive or store full payment-card details.

Delivery and risk

Delivery options, charges and estimates are shown before payment. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you identify. Please contact us promptly about a missed, damaged or incomplete delivery.

Cancellation, returns and faults

Our Delivery and returns page forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights for faulty, misdescribed or unfit goods under consumer law.

Our responsibility

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you. Email daniel@vxvo.co.uk first so we can try to resolve a complaint directly.
