What does “Available” mean?

The game can be ordered now. At checkout, choose Standard Tracked with an estimated arrival of 3–5 working days or Faster Tracked with an estimated arrival of 2–4 working days.

What can I shop?

VXVO currently offers 33 complete game-night boxes: fixed bundles when you want to know the exact games, and mystery boxes when you want us to choose for the occasion.

Are the prices current?

The product price and availability are revalidated before we create the secure payment link. Standard Tracked delivery is free when the game subtotal is £20 or more; otherwise the delivery charge is shown before payment.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum product spend is £3.99 before delivery. Every current game-night box qualifies for checkout on its own.

What is a mystery pack?

It is a surprise selection built for a specific kind of night. Each pack states how many new, sealed games you will receive and guarantees a minimum combined recommended retail value. We never duplicate a title within the same pack.

What if availability changes?

We use the latest supplier availability when secure checkout opens and check the exact title again before purchasing its case. If it has just become unavailable, we will contact you promptly and offer a confirmed revised date, a suitable alternative or a full refund.

What if I change my mind?

For most online orders, tell us within 14 days after delivery and return the item within the following 14 days. See Delivery and returns for the full process and the rules for faulty or damaged items.
